We use Graydon UK Ltd if a credit check is required. We provide company numbers, names & address’s in accordance with contractual requirements. Only in the event that you request a credit account.
The Rocket Science Group LLC
We use Mailchimp to collect and process contact details for Marketing purposes where consent has been provided. The only information collected is your name and email address.
Sedulo Group Ltd
Our accounting company are provided with your company name if you have an open credit account with The Site Supply Company Ltd to meet business and legal requirements.
Safeguarding Measures
The Site Supply Company Ltd takes your privacy seriously and we take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place, including: - Our website is secured with SSL certificates which encrypts all communications between customers and our web server with 2048 bit encryption. All unnecessary documents are destroyed when your order is completed (such as picking notes and artwork approvals)
Consequences of Not Providing Your Data (if applicable, see Article 13(2)e)
You are not obligated to provide your personal information to The Site Supply Company Ltd, however, as this information is required for us to provide you with our services/deliver your products, process payments and perform legal fraud checks, we will not be able to offer some/all of our products or services without it.
