How to order personalised workwear
Four simple steps from choosing your kit to approving your branding.

Choose your workwear
Pick your garments, colours, sizes and quantities, then add them to your basket. Look for items with personalisation options.

Add your logo in the basket
Use the personalisation buttons beside your items. Select a new or existing logo and upload your artwork where required.

Check the details
Review your decoration method, logo position and charges. Make sure each item you want branded has its personalisation selected.

Approve your artwork
We prepare an artwork proof before personalising your order. Check the spelling, colours, placement and proportions, then approve it.
Clear pricing. Free artwork setup.
There is no artwork setup fee. Garments and personalisation are priced separately.
Check your product and basket for decoration charges, VAT and any quantity discounts. Available methods and minimum quantities can vary by item. For mixed garments, larger orders or specialist requirements, speak to our team.
Get the best from your branding
Send your clearest artwork
Original logo artwork is ideal. If you have an image, upload the largest, clearest version available; small screenshots can lose detail when enlarged.

Choose the right position
Branding space depends on the garment, size and design. Your artwork proof shows the proposed layout.

Look after your workwear
Follow the garment care label and the instructions supplied for your printing or embroidery.
If you are unsure about washing, drying or ironing, ask us before cleaning.
Artwork permissions & printing policy
Due to copyright law we are unable to print the following :-
- an image of, or the name or nickname of, a celebrity, a musician, an athlete, an entertainer, a member of the Royal Family, or other public figures; without their written permission.
- any image or any text protected by copyright where you are not the owner of the copyright, e.g. a still from a movie or a cartoon; without the owners written permission.
- an image of an individual unless you have the consent of that individual;
- an image of a person under 16 unless you have the consent of a parent or guardian of that person;
- a trade mark, a logo, a marketing slogan, a company name, a trading name, a brand name, any marketing material or an image of branded goods/services; unless you have the authority, or written permission to do so.
- offensive material, e.g. images or descriptions of violence or cruelty or antisocial behaviour, profanities or obscenities;
- an image of or text about weapons, or any terrorist or illegal groups;
- any other image which we decide is unsuitable for use.
