Applying for a Trade Account
Step 1 – Create or log in to your hivis.net account
You need an active hivis.net account before applying for credit facilities.
If you are already registered, simply log in. If you are new to hivis.net, create an online account first.
Step 2 – Complete the Trade Account application
Complete and submit our Trade Credit Account Application Form.
We will ask for some basic information about your business so that we can assess your application.
Step 3 – We assess your application
Applications are subject to status and may include checks with external credit-reference or business-information providers.
We may also request additional information where necessary.
Applications are usually assessed within 2 working days, although some applications may take longer.
Step 4 – Start ordering on account
We will let you know when your application has been approved and confirm your credit limit.
You can then shop on hivis.net as normal. At checkout, simply select Pay on Account and enter your purchase order number or reference where required.

Return the completed form to us using the contact details shown on the application.
Offline applications may take a little longer to process.
About Your Credit Account
All Trade Credit Account applications are subject to status and approval.
We may use external credit-reference or business-information providers to help us assess applications and manage commercial credit risk.
Approved accounts will be given a credit limit based on our assessment of the business. Credit limits may be reviewed from time to time.
Our standard Trade Credit Account terms are:

Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms shown on the invoice and our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
If an application is unsuccessful, this does not prevent you from continuing to order from hivis.net using our other available payment methods.
You are also welcome to apply again in the future, as business circumstances and credit assessments can change.
