Returns Procedure

Returning goods...

We are more than happy to accept returned goods for exchange, or refund, providing :-

* The goods are in perfect re-sellable condition.

* The goods were not received more than 14 days ago.

* Items are not printed (unless we have made a mistake!).

* The cost of the return, and re-send, is met by the customer.

Please return goods to our postal address (see Contact Us ), enclosing of the following information :-


* Your Name & Address

* Contact Telephone Number.

* Order I.D. Referance Number.

* What has been returned, and why, staing what (if any) replacements are required.


Please note that goods must be received and checked by our returns department prior to the issuing of replacements / refunds.
