The Portwest FP98 suspension-relief straps are designed for use after a fall has been arrested, helping relieve harness pressure while awaiting rescue. Made from polyester webbing, they are an accessory to the fall-protection and rescue arrangements.
Fit and use according to the supplied instructions as part of the planned rescue arrangements. These straps are an accessory, not a replacement for a fall-arrest system or prompt rescue.
