Our ‘Atlas’ Type 2 Layflat Hose is a high quality fire hose commonly used by firefighters and the marine sector.
It features a two-component system consisting of black SBR synthetic rubber and white NBR-synthetic adhesive.
In addition to firefighting, it is also regularly used for water transfer and wash down use. The lining guarantees a smooth surface and low friction loss, and the hose is easy to handle.
It is manufactured to BS6391 and is M.E.D. (Ships Wheel) approved for marine use. It can be ordered in a range of diameters ranging from ¾” to six inches.
