www.hivis.net customers can now order online without the need for a credit card...
You are now able to upgrade your account to a credit account, meaning no more time consuming credit card payment pages !
Simply apply online (see below) and once your application is approved you can use www.hivis.net as you always have - except at the payment page you will have the option to pay on account, as well as by credit card. Choose account, enter an order number and you're done...Goods on their way and an invoice (payable in 30 days) in the post - Simple !

Upgrading your accout online...
New Customers :- You need to be a registered www.hivis.net customer before you can apply for credit account status.

Once registered please see below...
Existing Customers :- Log into your www.hivis.net account and click here to apply to upgrade your account.
Online applications are usually processed within 48 hours. An e-mail will be sent to you when your appliaction has been processed.
Upgrading your account offline...
If you would prefer not to complete our account application form online, you can download a copy here. Please return it completed to us by either post or fax. Please note that such applications can take seven days to process. We will advise in writing when your application has been processed.
About your application...
Your application will be assesed using external credit rating agencies. Neither these agencies, nor ourselves, will share or use the information provided for anything else but to check the credit worthiness of your organisation.
Once approved your account will be subject a maxium credit limit (variable depending our your credit score), and all invoices should be paid strictly within 30 days.
If your application is unsuccessful this does not affect your cash account; you can continue to order from www.hivis.net using a credit card as normal.
You may wish to consider re-applying again in the future, as credit ratings can, and do, change, therefore a subsiquent future application maybe approved.
