Unprinted Products...

Orders placed before noon, for un-printed items that are stock supported, should be delivered the very next day! However should an item be temporarily unavailable please refer to the availability section relating to the item, this will give an indication of stock replenishment. Please communicate with us should you require next day delivery to ensure this is possible.

Printed Products...

Standard Turnaround

Printed garments are usually dispatched 7 to 10 working days after ordering. Please allow an extra day for delivery.

Upgraded Turnaround

This is a new service we offer for those who cannot wait 7 to 10 days. For a 25% surcharge we can prioritise your order; printing and dispatching within 72 working hours (n.b. allow an extra day for delivery). This service is restricted to a total of 200 prints per day, and these slots are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Methods...

All of our deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail, or FedEx. Please note that a signature for the goods will be required upon receipt. Please read the Royal Mail terms and conditions

Delivery Costs...

The cost of delivery is variable - depending on the value of your order. This cost is clearly shown in your shopping basket prior check-out. * CARRIAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £400 * Please Note that the carriage costs quoted are for deliveries to the UK MAINLAND ONLY, excluding the Scottish Highlands. A surcharge will be addded for orders that are not UK mainland. You will be contacted prior to us adding any surcharge.

Non-delivery & discrepancies...

Should you feel your order is overdue, or it has arrived and you have a problem, please contact us immediately on 0845 009 6750. It is important to note that discrepancies must be reported within seven days of receipt.
